Requirements
- Complete the New Customer Application form
- Provide legal documentation confirming business status (i.e. vendor license, business registration, resale certification)
- Meet initial buy-in amount and yearly minimum if applicable; please contact us for more information
- Provide interior and exterior photos of your commercial location
- Agree to adhere to SunCoast MAP pricing policies
- Agree to purchase parts for resale purposes only
- Agree to receive emails highlighting special discounts or announcements concerning brands, parts or special events related to SunCoast. Customers may unsubscribe from emails at any time
Payment
- Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard
- Wire Transfer and ACH
- PayPal
- Cashier checks and money orders
- C.O.D. orders are not accepted
Third Party Credit Cards
- Credit cards must belong to the business or business owner
- We do not accept third party (i.e. employee, customer) credit cards under any circumstance
- Orders are subject to verification of correct billing name and address
- Orders placed using a credit card that does not match the address on file will be held until verification is complete and may cause delays processing your order
Returns Restrictions
The following items cannot be return:
- Parts returned more than 60 days from the purchase date will be subject to a restocking fee
- No returns will be accepted for orders that are more than 1 years old
- Any part that (in our opinion) was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer
- Custom ordered parts
- Hazardous materials
- Any product that appears to have been used, unless there is a valid warranty issue
- If your order included any "special offer" or "free parts," they must also be returned, or the value may be deducted from your refund
- All returns are subject to inspection
Tax Exemption
- Once your account is approved, you will be required to provide your sales tax exemption information.
- If drop-shipping inside the State of Florida, sales tax will be applied.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or refuse business to anyone.
