Applicability: This policy applies to all orders shipped within the continental United States. International orders are not covered by this return policy; international customers should contact SunCoast for special arrangements.
This return policy covers refunds and exchanges for standard returns and core credits. Separately, SunCoast’s warranty program covers defective parts and assemblies. Our warranty provides repair or replacement of qualifying defective components (see our Warranty Policy for details). Warranty claims are handled via the RMA process described above.

How to Obtain an RMA: Contact SunCoast Performance before returning any product or core. Email info@suncoastconverters.com or call 1-800-868-0053 (option for Returns/Cores) to request an RMA. Have your order invoice and part information available. Our team will issue an RMA number and provide any special instructions for your return.
