The Coan Racing COA‑12811A Race‑Prepared Pump Assembly is a high-performance front pump unit engineered for GM Powerglide transmissions. Built with a heat-treated stator support and integrated bushing, it reinforces the pump-to-stator interface and stabilizes the input shaft, reducing endplay and enhancing hydraulic consistency under extreme load.

Additionally, this pump assembly is factory-machined to accept the COA‑12421 pump-to-drum bearing (sold separately), ensuring precise alignment and friction reduction between rotating parts.
